IARU (International Alliance of Research Universities) is a leading global network of research-intensive universities, jointly initiated in 2006 by Peking University, alongside world-renowned institutions such as the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, and the University of Tokyo. Its subsidiary group on Ageing, Longevity and Health (ALH) is one of the earliest collaborative research initiatives established by the alliance in 2006. The ALH group studies 21st-century ageing issues using multidisciplinary approaches, encompassing biological, psychosocial, cultural, and public health policy topics arising from demographic shifts and the global longevity revolution. This ALH Annual Conference is a crucial global initiative by IARU in the field of aging and health.
